Create a simple, intentional process that helps people move from first-time guest to growing disciple, servant, leader, and missionary.
Month 4 — Build a Leadership Pipeline
Learn how to recruit, onboard, develop, empower, and multiply healthy volunteers and ministry leaders.
Month 5 — Strengthen Outreach & Guest Follow-Up
Build a practical system for reaching people, welcoming guests, following up effectively, and helping newcomers take a real next step.
Month 6 — Create Your 12-Month Ministry Action Plan
Turn your vision into a clear, realistic plan for the next year—with priorities, goals, rhythms, and next steps.
